Sherif Bakr is a Quality Manager And Organizational Excellence, He has more than 15 years’ experience in the field of Quality Management System, quality audit activities, organizations development, establishment, prepare , development, monitor and control of organizations’ Quality Management System (Procedures, Manuals and work instructions), Process improvement, define and follow up objectives and KPIs, analysis of data, preparation and development audit plans, ensuring that procedure and check lists are prepared in conformity with QMS, corrective and preventive actions procedures and management review; reviewing projects’ quality plan documentation. Also, experience includes planning and managing quality audits to determine the conformity or nonconformity of the quality system elements with specific requirements to determine the effectiveness of the implemented quality system in meeting specified quality objectives; provide the auditee with an opportunity to improve the quality system and to meet contract requirements, develops systems and documentation for specific programs that ensure that services provided meet all contractual and program quality requirements. Sherif Bakr hold a Doctorate of Business Administration from Ain Shams University dated 2018, achieved the Master degree from Production and Quality Institute at the Arab Academy for Science and Technology and Maritime Transport, in Quality Management System dated 2010 and hold his B.Sc., Mechanical Engineering, from Helwan University dated 2003. Sherif Bakr is certified as Manager of Quality/Organizational excellence from the American Society for Quality, certified as lead quality auditor ISO 9001 from IRCA, Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Form Quality America and also OHSAS 18001:2007 /internal auditor. Sherif Bakr achieved many successes during his career, faced and overcome many challenges during his journey in establishment, prepare, development, monitor and control of organizations’ Quality Management System, processes reengineering, organizations improvement inside and outside Egypt in the organizations he worked for
