- The executive regulations for the Law regulating Nuclear and Radiological Activities promulgated by Law No. 7 of 2010 were issued according to the Prime Minister’s Decree No. 1326 of 2011.
- The Executive regulations is divided into nine chapters with 104 articles specifying the main rules, regulations and procedures governing the role of the Nuclear and Radiation Regulatory Authority in Egypt, as well the main responsibilities of the chairman of its board of directors.
